.Abstract
The neck is a region with complex anatomy, housing numerous small and closely spaced anatomical structures. Accurate diagnosis of neck lesions requires a thorough understanding of normal spatial relations and anatomical variations. Computed Tomography (CT) imaging offers enhanced visualization, providing crucial information for better patient management.1 The suprahyoid and infrahyoid portions of the neck are separated at the level of the hyoid bone.
