Background: Hemophagocytic lymphohistiocytosis (HLH) is a rare and life-threatening disorder 
characterized by excessive activation of the immune system, leading to uncontrolled proliferation of 
histiocytes and T cells. This study aims to identify and classify cases of hemophagocytosis observed in
