Background: The optimal treatment strategy for patients with ST-segment elevation myocardial infarction (STEMI), particularly comparing primary percutaneous coronary intervention (PCI) with a pharmacoinvasive approach, remains a subject of significant clinical interest. This study aimed to evaluate primary endpoints, including mortality and hospital stay, as well as secondary endpoints such as arrhythmias, bleeding manifestations, ischemic stroke, and mechanical complications, in STEMI patients managed with these two strategies.
