Abstract

Background: Diabetes mellitus is a significant risk factor for adverse outcomes in patients with acute 
ST-segment elevation myocardial infarction (STEMI). This study aims to evaluate mortality rates and 
associated risk factors in diabetic patients experiencing STEMI.
