Background: Speckle-tracking echocardiography is a noninvasive ultrasound imaging technique that allows for an objective and quantitative evaluation of global and regional myocardial function. Objective: To evaluate the accuracy of 2D speckle tracking trans thoracic echocardiography for detection of culprit coronary artery lesion severity confirmed by coronary angiography in patients with acute coronary syndrome
