Abstract

Background and objectives: There are number of studies available regarding the use of ropivacaine with adjuvants like dexamethasone or nalbuphine individually in supraclavicular brachial plexus block with variable results. Thus we are comparing both dexamethasone and nalbuphine with ropivacine on following objectives.
