.Abstract
Background: Peripheral arterial disease (PAD) is a significant cause of morbidity worldwide, particularly in low-middle-income countries (LMICs), where access to healthcare and medication adherence remain challenging. Patients undergoing lower limb revascularization require lifelong antithrombotic therapy to prevent major adverse cardiac and limb events (MACE and MALE). However, non-compliance to these medications is frequently observed, contributing to poor clinical outcomes.
