Abstract

Traumatic injuries present a global public health challenge, emphasizing the importance of effective bleeding management to improve patient outcomes. Advanced hemostatic agents (AHAs) offer promising alternatives to traditional methods, yet comprehensive research on their utilization, efficacy, and safety in trauma care is lacking. This study aims to evaluate the landscape of AHAs in trauma care, assessing efficacy, safety, adoption trends, and clinical practices to inform evidence-based
guidelines and optimize patient care.
