Fetomaternal Outcome in Placenta Accreta Spectrum (PAS) associated with Placenta Previa : a study in a Tertiary care hospita

Abstract

Background 
The rising incidence of PAS, particularly associated with increased cesarean section rates, and 
the added complexity of placenta previa create a challenging scenario in obstetric care. The 
primary objective of this investigation is to assess various fetomaternal outcomes, placing a 
particular emphasis on maternal morbidity and mortality, neonatal complications, and the 
overall efficacy of different management approaches.
