Abstract

Background 
This study investigates the impact of surgically treated endometriosis and endometriomas on 
ovarian reserve in women experiencing infertility and pelvic pain. 
Methods 
The cohort consisted of 58 women with endometriosis or endometriomas, categorized into those 
with peritoneal disease and those without based on surgical findings. Anti-Mullerian hormone 
levels were assessed before, after, and six months post-surgery to determine ovarian reserve
