Abstract

Introduction: Retinal Vein occlusion (RVO) is the second most common retinal vascular disorder, after diabetic retinopathy which causes painless visual impairment. Thrombus formation caused by platelet hyper aggregation may significantly influence the development and/or evolution of RVO.
