Abstract

Background and objective: To assess the safety and efficacy of inguinal hernia repair 
using local anaesthesia guided by ultrasound. To evaluate the efficacy of ultrasound
guided local anaesthesia against spinal anaesthesia for inguinal hernia repair, 
specifically in terms of postoperative discomfort, complications, and length of hospital 
stay.
