Abstract

Background: Left bundle branch block (LBBB) is a significant cardiac conduction abnormality associated with underlying structural heart diseases, such as hypertension, coronary artery disease (CAD), and cardiomyopathies. This study aimed to evaluate the clinical and echocardiographic profiles of LBBB patients to guide early diagnosis and management. Materials and Methods: This prospective observational study was conducted at a tertiary care hospital, enrolling 200 patients with ECG-confirmed LBBB. Demographic, clinical, and echocardiographic data were collected. Statistical analysis was performed to identify correlations between clinical factors and echocardiographic findings.
