Abstract

Stress is body's reaction to pressure, whether it be physical, mental, or emotional. The chemical changes cause stress in the body could result in a rise in blood pressure, heart rate, and glucose levels in the blood. Additionally, frustration, worry, wrath, or sadness may result from it.
