Abstract

Background: Hypertension is a major contributor to cardiovascular morbidity and mortality, with arterial stiffness playing a pivotal role. Pulse pressure (PP), a measure of large arterial stiffness, is increasingly recognized as an independent predictor of cardiovascular events. This study explores the association between PP and lipid parameters among normotensives
