Abstract

The Abductor Pollicis Longus (APL) muscle, a key component of the first extensor compartment, demonstrates significant anatomical variations that hold important clinical, functional, and surgical implications. The increasing use of tendon grafting, reconstructive  surgeries of the hand, and decompression
