Abstract

This study aimed to shed light on the use of bilateral internal mammary arteries (BIMAs) which is useful in patients undergoing coronary artery bypass grafting. To this end, free IMA grafts allowed to be used for their benefit in total cardiomyopathy in the patients chosen in this study.
