Abstract

both ischemic heart disease (IHD) and dental caries (DCr) are a chronic multifactorial disorder sharing several etiopathological risk factors. Uric acid (UA) has a proved pro inflammatory effect. This work is an attempt evaluate the causal effect of UA in carious experience in IHD patients.
