Introduction: The effects of chronic disease on the general condition of the child can be assessed by studying the quality of
life, which is one of the most popular areas in modern medicine [1]. The purpose: of this was to study the quality of life of children with urinary tract infection living in the city. Materials and methods: To assess the quality of life, the Pediatric Quality of Life Inventory questionnaire (PedsQL ™ 4.0) was used, which was validated in Russia [2, 3, 4, 5, 6]. In the future, using this database, you can quickly find the necessary information (previously entered into it) and create reports with the help of Epi Info ™ and perform statistical data processing. The study involved 780 children aged 3 to 14 years and their parents, who permanently reside in the city of Yakutsk.
