.Abstract
This observational study investigates the relationship between screen time and sleep patterns among children aged 6-12 years. Utilizing parental reports and sleep diaries over a twomonth period, the study identifies significant correlations between increased screen time and reduced sleep duration and quality. Our findings suggest that excessive screen time may
contribute to sleep disturbances in pediatric populations, highlighting the need for guidelines to manage screen exposure in children.
