.Abstract
Background:Osteochondral lesions of the talus (OLT) are localized damages to the articular cartilage and subchondral bone, often caused by trauma or systemic conditions. These lesions pose significant clinical challenges due to the limited healing capacity of the talus, leading to persistent pain, reduced mobility, and poor long-term outcomes. This study aims to compare the efficacy, safety, and cost-effectiveness of conservative and surgical treatments for OLT.
