.Abstract
Background: Proximal radial abnormalities (PRA) are common complications in pediatric patients with untreated chronic Monteggia fractures (CMFs). Despite their clinical significance, the risk factors and developmental patterns of PRA remain poorly understood. This study aims to identify the demographic, clinical, and radiographic factors contributing to PRA severity in children with untreated CMFs.
