.Abstract
Background: Right ventricular dysfunction may result from inferior wall myocardial infarction (IWMI) of the right coronary artery (RCA). Diagnose right ventricular myocardial infarction (RVMI) and RCA stenosis in these individuals requires accurate RV function testing. This study used 2D echocardiography to assess RV function in IWMI patients and connect it with coronary angiography RCA stenosis.
