Background & Aims: Epidural anaesthesia is a type of neuraxial block for controlling pain in which different drugs are injected into the epidural space and have been used for post-op analgesia following abdominal hysterectomy. This study compared the analgesic efficacy and post-op well- being of epidural neostigmine v/s dexmedetomidine with morphine and bupivacaine in total abdominal hysterectomy patients.
