Abstract

Hypertensive disorders in pregnancy are a leading cause of maternal and perinatal morbidity 
and mortality globally. Early detection during antenatal care (ANC) is essential for improving 
outcomes, especially in resource-limited settings like India, where both the burden and 
consequences are significant.
