Background A reliable indicator of long-term blood glucose control, glycosylated hemoglobin (HbA1c) shows the average blood glucose levels during the preceding 8–12 weeks. This study was conducted to determine if the admission HbA1c level of non-diabetic STEMI patients could predict their angiographic and short-term clinical outcomes.
