Abstract

BACKGROUND: PCI for UDLM-ISR can be complex. Limited information is available on procedural and clinical outcomes. OBJECTIVES: The present study aimed to analyse the management, immediate angiographic results, and long-term clinical outcomes, as well as to evaluate the outcomes of the different treatment strategies, in patients undergoing PCI for in stent restenosis (ISR) in cases with a stented UDLM. The goal of this study was to assess the immediate and long term outcomes in patients undergoing percutaneous coronary intervention (PCI) for in-stent restenosis (ISR) in an unprotected distal left main coronary artery (UDLM).
