Background: Thyroid is superficially located gland, makes it easily approachable for examination. FNAC (Fine Needle Aspiration Cytology) is cost effective and OPD (Out Patient Department) based technique. Histopathological examination is gold standard. Aim: To compare the cytological and histopathological results of thyroid lesion in tertiary care center.
