The oral health status, behaviours and knowledge of patients with cardiovascular disease

Abstract

Background Cardiovascular disease (CVD) remains a leading cause of morbidity and mortality globally. There is a growing body of evidence suggesting a bidirectional relationship between oral health and cardiovascular conditions. This retrospective study aims to assess the oral health status, behaviors, and knowledge of patients diagnosed with CVD in Darbhanga over an 18 month period.
