Pulmonary artery hypertension (PAH) is a significant consequence of various pulmonary and cardiovascular pathologies, often presenting with acute breathlessness. Echocardiography is considered the best non-invasive imaging modality for diagnosing PAH, assessing parameters such as the main pulmonary artery (PA) diameter, right ventricle size, and interventricular septum in the cardiology department.
