Abstract

Therefore, knowledge of the normal physiology of serum uric acid during pregnancy is essential for the appropriate interpretation of uric acid readings. Methodology:100 patients 50 diagnosed with pre-eclampsia & 50 controls between the ages of 20 and 35 were studied at a tertiary teaching hospital & Research Centre in central India.
