Abstract

Background: Complications during pregnancy frequently result in adverse events impacting both the mother and 
the fetus. Hemodynamic changes characteristic of pregnancy typically involve a decline in uterine artery flow 
resistance, accompanied by increased blood flow as gestational age progresses.
