Abstract

Background: Diabetic foot ulcers (DFUs) are a significant complication of diabetes mellitus, 
leading to increased morbidity and healthcare costs. This study aims to analyze the clinical and 
microbiological characteristics of DFUs, treatment strategies, and their outcomes in a tertiary care 
setting.
