Abstract

Background: Postoperative respiratory complications significantly contribute to patient morbidity and healthcare costs. Non-invasive ventilation (NIV) methods, such as Continuous Positive Airway Pressure (CPAP) and Bilevel Positive Airway Pressure (BiPAP), are increasingly used to manage these complications, yet comparative efficacy data between these modalities remains limited.
