Abstract

The study aimed to evaluate the safety and effectiveness of a spinal anesthetic drug, hyperbaric bupivacaine 0.5%, when paired with 5 μg dexmedetomidine during infra-umbilical operations. Several characteristics were thoroughly evaluated, including changes in hemodynamic parameters, the need for rescue analgesia, and the onset and duration of sensory and motor blockage
