Abstract

Background: Hypertension is a prevalent comorbidity among hospitalized COVID-19 
patients. The impact of hypertension and its management on COVID-19 outcomes remains 
controversial. This study aimed to evaluate the association between hypertension, 
antihypertensive treatment, and short-term mortality in COVID-19 patients.
