Abstract  
Background: Aspirin desensitization in patients with ASA hypersensitivity in acute coronary setting is very 
useful to prevent major cardiovascular event specially in stent thrombosis where PCI and stent placement was 
done. The aim of our study to assess the safety and efficacy of a rapid aspirin desensitization in patients with 
ASA hypersensitivity with ACS.
