Background: Benign adnexal masses represent a significant clinical concern, with diverse
etiologies and potential for acute complications. This study aims to provide insights into the
surgical management of these masses and associated emergencies in a tertiary care setting.
Objectives: To evaluate the outcomes, efficacy, and safety of surgical interventions for benign
adnexal masses and related acute emergencies in a cohort of women. Methods: A retrospective
review was conducted on 94 women who underwent surgical treatment for benign adnexal
masses and related emergencies at a tertiary care center. Patient demographics, clinical
presentations, surgical procedures, outcomes, and complications were analyzed. Results: The
