Abstract

Background: ovarian cysts are frequently discovered in reproductive females. For ovarian cystectomy, 
treating them using a laparoscopic cystectomy rather than a laparotomy is becoming more common.  
Aim: The current clinical investigation set out to evaluate, in comparison, how open ovarian 
cystectomy and laparoscopic cystectomy affected the parameters of ovarian reserve in female Indian 
patients
