Background: Community-acquired infections (CAIs) are a major concern for public health
due to their prevalence and potential to develop antibiotic resistance. Understanding the
resistance patterns can guide clinical practice and antibiotic stewardship. Methods: This
cross-sectional study analyzed antibiotic resistance in 160 patients with CAIs. Samples were
collected, cultured, and subjected to antibiotic susceptibility tests using standardized
methods. Results: The study identified significant resistance to commonly used antibiotics,
highlighting a concerning trend in the treatment efficacy of CAIs. Conclusion: The rising
