advancements in pharmacotherapy over the past decades. Despite these advances, the search
for more effective and safer treatments continues. Objective: This study aims to explore
emerging pharmacotherapies for melanoma, focusing on novel targets and mechanisms.
Methods: A comprehensive review of the latest clinical trials and pharmacological research
related to melanoma was conducted. Key inclusion criteria were studies published from 2015
to 2023 focusing on pharmacological advances in melanoma treatment. Results: Emerging
treatments, including targeted therapies and immune checkpoint inhibitors, show promise in
improving patient outcomes. Eighty new drugs and combinations have been identified as
potentially game-changing in the fight against melanoma. Conclusion: The landscape of
melanoma treatment is rapidly evolving, with numerous new therapies on the horizon.
Continuous research and clinical trials are critical to optimize thes
