.Abstract
Placenta accreta spectrum (PAS) disorders, including placenta accreta, increta, and percreta, pose significant risks during pregnancy due to abnormal placental adherence to the myometrium. Accurate prenatal diagnosis is crucial for minimizing maternal and fetal morbidity and mortality. Magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) has emerged as a valuable diagnostic tool in evaluating PAS disorders, particularly in cases where ultrasound results are inconclusive.
