Abstract

Dexmedetomidine and Dexamethasone demonstrate advantages in extending the duration of
local anesthetics' effects. We evaluated the effectiveness of Dexmedetomidine against
Dexamethasone as an adjunct to 0.5% ropivacaine in ultrasound-guided Supraclavicular Brachial
Plexus Block (SCBP) for upper limb orthopedic procedures.
