Abstract

Distal femur fractures present significant challenges in orthopedic trauma care due to their
anatomical complexity and the need for early mobilization. Retrograde interlocking nailing
(RIN) has gained popularity as a minimally invasive fixation method with potential for
favorable outcomes.
