Abstract

Background: Hypertension and type 2 diabetes mellitus (T2DM) are two prevalent chronic conditions that often coexist and significantly increase the risk of cardiovascular and renal complications. Aim: The present study aim to compare the effects of Azilsartan and Ramipril on creatinine clearance and microalbuminuria in hypertensive patients with T2DM.
