Oral Submucous Fibrosis (OSMF) is a chronic, progressive condition affecting the oral mucosa, characterized by inflammation and fibrosis of the connective tissue. It is considered a potentially malignant disorder, often linked to the use of areca nut and tobacco.1We present a case of a 25-year-old male with clinical and histopathological features consistent with OSMF. The patient was managed with a combination of pharmacological intervention, physiotherapy, and lifestyle modification. This case highlights the importance of early diagnosis and intervention to prevent malignant transformation and manage symptoms.
