Objective: The objective of the study is to study the use of IL6, IL10, TNF, CRP, neutrophil-lymphocyte ratio (NLR) as a prognostic biomarker for patients presenting with the acute coronary syndrome. Background: ACS is the most common cause of death worldwide, but mortality due to Coronary artery disease slowly came down and reached a plateau. ACS occurs in response to inflammation, plaque rupture and subsequent thrombosis, progressive mechanical obstruction, and dynamic obstruction.
