Abstract

Background: Diagnostic tests for diabetes and the emergence of chronic diabetic problems
include complete blood counts and HbA1c readings. Numerous variables, including
hemoglobin, the age of red blood cells in the bloodstream, and the Hb glycation rate, influence
HbA1c levels.
