Abstract

In the present work, the ratio spectra first derivative spectrophotometry is proposed for the resolution of Rivaroxaban (RIVA) and Aspirin (ASP) in synthetic mixtures prepared in 1:10 ratio. The calibration graph follows Beer’s law in the range of 5 to 25 µg/ml for rivaroxaban and from 50 250µg/ml for aspirin.
