Abstract

Coronary artery perforation is a rare but potentially catastrophic complication of percutaneous coronary intervention (PCI), often associated with complex lesions such as chronic total  occlusions. This case series presents two distinct clinical scenarios of distal coronary perforation managed successfully with gel foam embolization
